Ok well About a week ago I had a doctors apt, and they were a little concerned because I have only gained 8 pounds during this pregnancy, and given that Duncan stopped growing this was a concern of theres for this time around. I was sent to go get an ultrasound to rule out IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Retardation) Followed by measuring the Amniotic fluid, I got the results back today and they said that the fluid levels are great and then they said that little Beckhams body is growing right on track, however his head is measuring 3 weeks bigger..... yes 3 weeks bigger. So They said this could just be he has a big head but they want to rule out any problems so I have to start seeing a palaeontologist. Oh well I have had a blessing and feel really good about the whole thing. and if any of you know my family or Chris' family know that we have big heads, I love my brother in law Steven but he has always had a big head and was born with a really really large head so it runs in the family. All I have to say is 4 weeks and 6 days left and THANK GOODNESS I am having a C Section! Here is the little guys profile.. What do you think does it look like he has a big head?

They also said he has a little hair but not muck In fact they compared it to Homer Simpson... Not sure if I like that comparison or not?

Happy Fathers Day!

Happy Fathers Day! First I have to say how grateful I am for my dad, He is one of my hero's. I may have not always felt that way when I was younger but as I grew and gained more Knowledge I realized how much this man did and loved me and my sisters. Many may not know but this is my Step dad although I hate that word, By all definitions he is my father and dad! he has always provided for us spiritually and emotionally and financially, even before he married my mom. When he joined our family he made a tough decision, He married a woman with two young children, what a task to take on. He did it without thought and has always treated us as his own. I love him and am glad to be able to call him Dad and SO SO SO Grateful for my children to be able to call him Papa! Love you Dad!



Now my Wonderful Husband! He is such a loving supportive dad. In church today I heard a quote. "As fathers we want to protect our children, the way we can do that the best is to give them your time and presence." I love this because it is the perfect way to describe Chris. He unfortunately does not have a ton of time to give between work and school but the time he does he spends it with Duncan, or talking to my tummy. He plays and wrestles with his little man and I love him for it. I love to sit back and watch the two of them! I am so excited to be able to give him another son to add to the fun!

Man oh Man

Ok so About at this point I am 33 weeks pregnant and as Grateful and excited as I am to be having another baby, Yesterday was the hardest day so far.... I have been having really bad backaches (upper) and then while I was sitting in Church yesterday trying to find a comfotable position I recieve this hard Jap to my lower right Rib! I Gasped and could not breathe for a good minute I told Chris I think he just bruised my rib! I decided to then go home and Lie down because that is the only way I can get comfy at this point. I get home take a nap and when the family gets home from church I get up and look in the mirror and sure enough Where he kicked I have a BRUISE! and its so tender! Beckham is sure living up to his name that is for sure!
Now I will express whu I am excited that this is all happening. At this point in the pregnancy He is offically bigger than Duncan was when he was born, As small and simple as this sounds This is such a relief to me. Throughout trying and during the pregnancy I have been so worried that we would have the same problem as we had with Duncan. (After Duncan was born I was told I had like a 40 percent chance of having it happen again) Thank goodness for little blessings. I know I am not out of the woods yet, given I didnt deliver Duncan until 36weeks but Beckahm is measuring a day bigger than his due date so this week we start the once a week ultrasounds! Bring them on!
