Ok I am done with my rant and can now fully enjoy my 76 degree AC now!

Officially full term!

Well the time has come, I am officially full term! I really was starting to believe it was never going to come! Although I still have 2 weeks till my C section, I do feel ready! Given my history (Duncan born at 36 weeks and Beckham at 37) I feel like ok lets get things going! HA! So technically on Friday it will be the longest period of time I will have been pregnant! I know I sound ridiculous especially compared to most women who go 40 plus weeks! I do feel bad for complaining at all, because I can not imagine going even longer then the 37 weeks I am now, and I will never go past 39 weeks! With that being said You women ROCK! Cause I am so uncomfortable and hot all the time. One week I cant get enough sleep and another I can not sleep at all!
I think I am starting to go stir crazy, its been so hot here (110 plus) I haven't wanted to go outside or do anything except enjoy the AC. My poor boys are going crazy so I have to get pretty creative for them to have fun things to do. Last week my mom went to Girls Camp and Chris and My Dad went up north to pick up a motorcycle for Chris and so it was just me and the boys for the weekend. I thought ok Cortney get yourself up early and we are going to do something! So we got up got in the car and went to the temple grounds! It was early enough that it wasn't too hot and we were lucky enough to see 4 couples coming out of the temple after being married. Both boys loved it, they kept saying wow Mom the girls look like princesses! I cant wait till I get to be married in the temple and my wife to be a princess! It totally made my day and was one of those moments where you say ok I must be doing something right!
Duncan is getting anxious everyday he asked how many more days? I think he is excited but nervous, he asks every once in a while why babies need so much attention, Beckham is getting more and more clingy, and will be excited one day and not want to hear any of it the next. I really think he is going to have a hard time, Any advice on how to help him transition would be appreciated! I got them both Big Brother gifts that they will get in the hospital. Hopefully it will go smoothly and if not then we will work it out! I feel blessed that we are able to have another boy. I actually cant imagine having a girl at this point. There is just something about a mom and her boys!

Last project for the nursery completed!!
This next week should go by pretty fast, My sister and her family are moving and she is coming to stay here until her house is ready and the movers get there, so hopefully she will be here when the baby comes. I am scheduled for the 11th and she moves on the 9th! While she is here we are doing a joint birthday party for Beckham and her daughter who is 4 days younger then Beckham. We planned it for the 4th of July so it will be a big day! Hopefully the next time I write it will be announcing our little guy has come!!

Lots of Projects... lots of nesting!

With this baby my mom and I decided to make all the bedding and all the things that would go into his room! SO... after going to deseret book we found this amazing fabric by Riley Blake and I fell in love with it. After We got home I found an old bedding set of Chris and mine and found that the comforter would make perfect drapes and our dust ruffle was perfect for the crib! So we turned lots of old stuff into awesome new stuff! So we then tore apart our old bumper pad and made the new one. Then about a month ago I was at a vinyl store and had little ones name made out of the green vinyl and found a saying that was on sale that I fell in love with. I had some polk a dots that happened to be perfect as well. We went to DI and found an old end table and tore it apart and I made the wood sign for the saying and am making 4 book shelves that hang on the wall out of the legs. Then after we finished the babies bedding my mom had gotten a cute saying for my older boys, I couldn't decided what color I was going to put behind it because I still had not finished putting their room together matching, so that got the ball rolling on doing their bedding. So I decided on Orange and Navy! We got some twin sheets and made duvet covers for their bed and found the cutest buttons! I am so excited and so are the boys. Its nice that they got some new stuff for their room when we have been concentrating so much on the babies room.
I am at 34 weeks and 3 days now and the C section has been scheduled for the 11th of July, however with my track record we are not sure I will make it that far. It would be nice to have him a few days before that as my older sister will be here for two weeks before she moves to California, She has to be at her house on the 10th. So we will see what we can do!!! Wish me luck with all this heat that I wont be too miserable!!
